Parents/Guardians must complete an application for each child enrolled in the Velocity Program.
Financial Assistance
Being a non-profit organization, the OneSource Learning & Development Center, Inc. may provide financial assistance to families in need, enabling them to participate in Velocity Afterschool Program. Financial assistance is made possible through generous annual donations from Donors, Sponsors, Volunteers, Staff and our Community. However, financial assistance is limited and the amount of assistance is determined by family income and other factors. Eligibility requirements may apply.
CHILDCARE ASSISTANCE
OneSource Learning & Development Center accepts third-party payment from other organizations that provide assistance to families in need. The Department of Human Services (DHS) assists qualifying families with the costs of childcare through subsidies. A local county Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) office will determine the eligibility. All child care applications and questions must be directed to your local DFCS office.
